Income drawdown has been grabbing the headlines lately. Thousands of pensioners who entered drawdown now face the prospect of a dramatically reduced income as their plans come up for review.
As you will be aware, the FSA's RU64 stipulates that advisers are required to explain to their clients in writing why the plan they are recommending is at least as suitable as a Stakeholder pension.
